Emily Morgan is our favorite hotel in San Antonio. Beautiful, clean, quiet and the staff is amazing.

Beautiful hotel right across the street from the Alamo. Close to Riverwalk and mall. Safe area and walking friendly. Hotel staff were amazing, the room was beautiful and service was perfect, new towels and coffee each day no matter how late we slept in. We cancelled next hotel to stay here 2 days longer. Will be our go to San Antonio hotel from now on

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been in. It’s updated yet still has some old features in the building. All the staff were amazing! So friendly, kind, accommodating and fun to chat with! For those wondering if it is haunted….i would say yes!! I caught some strange knocks and bangs on my voice recorder when I was asking questions.

Mixed on the staff. Front desk left much to be desired. Valets were awesome, extremely helpful. Maintenance guy that changed out the conditioner pump after the 3rd request was great. Room was clean.

Really nice hotel. Staff were all friendly. Just a really nice getaway.

Wife found bug in shower to begin with, the view from our room was horrible, looking into and old empty pool and to other balconies. Also the room was pretty small. The room seemed like it was put together just to make it work but definitely not worth the money. Needless to say we won't be staying here again. The staff was great though.

The best place in SA to stay

The hotel is conveniently located to downtown attractions. We could easily walk to nearly all the San Antonio major attractions. The room was well designed. I liked having a refrigerator to keep water cold daily. Bathroom was large. There is a restaurant in the lobby.

Rodolfo at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When the key card machine was needing to be reset he took us the the room to get settled and brought the keys a short time later. Which had been upgraded which was extra special as it was my wife and my anniversary

Ruby at the desk was amazing. As were the two fellas down there this morning.

Everything was amazing

The location is great - It’s a walkable distance to the river walk. However, the room is a bit old and a bit dusty & humid smell. Also, we had to chang rooms twice because of strange noise coming from the air vents.
