The staff were very accommodating and provided great customer service. Location was excellent, lots of restaurants, shopping , and attractions close by. Only disappointment was a huge difference in photos from the building and room provided.

Great arrival experience. Staff fantastic and friendly and knowledgeable (that’s you Claudia!) Elevator tired and oddly streaked or dirty looking and had some service issues. Room was fine. Sheets/towels were fine but not as good as home and I’m no sheet or towel expert. Not soft but they were clean. No coffee in room- gotta go downstairs if you want it in the morning. Free water was nice. Good location for shopping, eating and exploring Boston.

My fiance and I stayed here after our engagement in Maine. It was my first time in Boston, and this hotel was incredibly lovely. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere. The parking service was wonderfully helpful. Our room was clean, cozy, cute, and had a great view! Can't wait to come back!

The hotel was OK, my big issue was that one of the elevators was broken and so it took forever coming and going.

They charges 65$ a day without telling my options of 42$ a day which I stayed there for the convenience of Ubering around town then the bed was to soft made my back hurt I mentioned this to them and also both windows showed brick walls and they said they would need 48hrs for cancellation but that meant the same day or before I even seen the room so I was stuck.. never again will I stay and will make sure people know about this

Needs some maintenance. One elevator was out of order, the ice machine on the 6th floor was out of order, and the room was too warm despite trying to run the AC/fan.

Our sink didn’t drain properly and the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. There was only one outlet in the room.

The concierge girl was the worst she treated me like if I was a scammer and she was yelling at me since the begining of my arrival

Much better price than everything else around. The place was modernized, clean and very close to theT. Right around the corner from the incredible public library and Newberry Street.

Hello this property has no communal room to speak or bar/ restauant and a very small lobby. the bedriom was very small only space for side table on one side of the bed?? with a window to a veiw of a roof and wall. The walls in the room werent straight either so it felt very strange almost like you were slanted while time. And the AC was so noisy it woke us every time it came on in the night. it was very clean but that was the only saving grace.

Great location. Nice hotel, not great. Didn't try restaurant. But kitchenette has coffee and tea, but nothing decaffeinated! Vending machine snacks. Kinda dull. Gym is small.
