Very good the staff and the facilities

The hotel and room was VERY dated, not overly clean. The room specifically but the hotel smelled of smoke. Nothing is new or in great condition The kids enjoyed the pool, Probably would not stay again.

They have lot of parking around the place

Best place to stay by the falls, very affordable and clean property and I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Very convenient location

The staff was very helpful and professional. All of them. Only complaint is the rooms need fixing balcony broken, cannot close properly without the extra latch, you can clearly see what the condition of the washrooms are and so on.

Bath tub and sink drainage is too slow,

It was amazing! Great view of the river, private balcony! Comfy beds and the best shower! Right beside Bird Kingdom. Short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill! Definitely coming back.

Room was clean. Staff were awesome.

Had to leave early because the room smelled like smoke and I have asthma . Stayed a total of 3 hours and left to go to another hotel. Manager refuse to give me A refund or any kind of compensation. Terrible experience would never stay again.

Absolutely great location and friendly service they clocked us in 1 hr before our time and was only walking distance to clifton hills and a great view of the falls. Thank you

I really like the price and that is in a walkable distance from the main area. It's not so close that you can hear the noise, which is very good. The room was clean and everything was in place. I would definitely stay here again. The staff who checked us in was very nice and polite. The checked out process was easy and smooth.

Well first time staying here,and i was impressed of friendly stuff and very quiet room,my family enjoy very much,also breakfast was great,and i will visit again for sure🙏
