The IT system run by Traveloka and its connection with Hotel Kipling is very good. Hotel vouchers do not need to be shown. Hotel staff only ask for passports, immediately seen on the computer. It is confirmed so quickly without any complications. It feels like it took less than 5 minutes to interact with the receptionist, the key was immediately obtained and you can go to the room.
Don't ask about how the hotel staff are, they work very effectively and efficiently, and are very supportive and helpful with their friendliness.

Very nice hotel. Near the train and bus station, easy to go everywhere. Very nice person there, they help us a lot.
