Very friendly staff

Nice, clean, & quiet. The breakfast is good! Pool is great, room size AMAZING! would definitely stay here again.

Other than the parking lot not being trailer friendly, everything was great.

Stay was good except the non working bathroom exhaust fan

The remodel since last year looked really nice. Enjoyed our stay. Beds were nice. Food was good. Service was quick. Only we had no housekeeping the whole stay. Had to do everything ourselves. Considering the rates, we deserved better. So we did not leave any housekeeping a tip. We did tip the dining room lady that prepared our food each morning. She was great.

Liked the location. Also thought the price was right.

It was amazing!!! Had the best time with my family. The pool was the best part of our stay! We swam in it for hours! The breakfast was great, the waffles was delicious. Couldnt of asked for anything better for our little trip.

Staff friendly room clean

The property itself was fine. Staff was nice. We were only given 2 washcloths for a room with 5 people. Also the mini refrigerator vibrated and made noise all night. Looked as though the room hasn’t been cleaned properly in a while. There was dust all over the tv stand and desk and drawers.

Reserved handicap room with roll in shower for Friday and Saturday and room was given to another guest For both nights. Handicap Room with a tub was given as an alternative but staff was unable to locate a shower chair . Likely to be moving business to another property as promises for special service cannot be delivered. Too bad.

Manager authorized staff to empty all of my belongings from my room while I was out. Even though I had a valid, pre-paid reservation through the following day. Claimed that “since I didn’t have my do not disturb sign” displayed , they assumed I checked out. And left all my belongings. Everything went into the trash. Laptop, medical equipment, clothes, medications. All in the trash. Did not feel like this was the first time for something like this at this hotel. Avoid at all costs- you are unsafe.

Was clean and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was quick and helpful

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast area well stocked. Only negative was parking situation, only one entrance in/out. Really need to consider having a separate entrance and exit if possible

I was put in a room that someone was already in and the new room reeked of smoke so bad that I got a headache and all my clothes smelled like smoke.
