Dirty room at check in, I paid for stay with breakfast and the waiter limited us to American breakfast when we were told we could choose from the menu freely. At dinner, kids food was spicy, had to return it and they brought it back spicy because the oil had chile. Lounge areas dirty with old glasses and spilled sticky stuff on the floor. Pools with green lime

Some ridiculous policies like no coolers allowed but the staff ready to receive a payment to get around the policies

Great quiet place to enjoy the private beach and good service

This resort hotel has excellent customer service and beautiful views, service and relaxing atmosphere. It has it's own private beach and loud noise is prohibited. Perfect for relaxing and feeling privacy. Beautiful! We highly recommend it. Sending a very special thanks to all the staff that took great care of us!

Great place and friendly staff! Access to beach which not many places have and 3-4 pools. You are kind of forced to eat there. No Uber delivers and no close convenient store close. Gym is basic BUT we loved this place and our kids did too

Es un excelente hotel para relajarse. Lo difícil es el acceso ya que está por la carretera panorámica, la comida es muy cara lo cual hace que lo mejor sea salir a comer en el área cercana, lo cuál me permitió conocer buenos restaurantes a precios accesibles.

Almost everything was perfect. I do have to say that some of the pool waiters were not as servicing. I would definitely come back.

Everything was excellent! One thing that it would be better if they extend the pool time till 10:00pm

Staff very attentive… private beach was the best!!! Still under construction but it was a good stay. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and smell a bit bc it’s old, but it was manageable. Would definitely go again.
