The property is beautiful

Condensation in the rooms gets really bad.

I choose to return to Las Hadas because of the beautiful all white hotel rooms, the structure of the hotel is stunning! I would recommend better food options for the buffet such as lunch/dinner. My partner and I would have appreciated authentic traditional Mexican food.

This property is situated on a cliff side etching itself down to a beautiful beach. It has a great pool for relaxing in and the food was great. ( really good for all inclusive) the taco bar at the beach was our favourite. The rooms are very spacious, very clean with a great sitting deck and great city views over the water.

Love the adult pool with waterfall and the bartender. Did not like the staff telling us we could not get reservations or the room we wanted because they were full. The hotel was clearly 3/4 empty. Did not like the fact that the 2 best restaurants were closed during our stay.

Service is highly appreciated, particularly the beach, which offers no waves.

I felt we got a less up to date room. It was a little run down. The balcony sliding door didn’t lock. Did smell little moldy. Did not have all inclusive, so food and drinks were expensive. Need more entertainment. Staff were friendly and service was good.

the ac unit must be really old because it was SUPER loud. Good thing that it wasn’t that hot so we were able to have it off while we slept. The dining options were okay as all inclusive, the location was beautiful though and the staff were really nice.

The hotel had very friendly staff, the beach was very safe and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon.

Overall stay was great besides being a very strict property, some employees were a little too forward but besides that it’s an absolutely beautiful resort very private and exclusive

Beautiful beach to catch some amazing sun rises. If you like seafood, the lunch at El Delfins Restaurant is amazing.

Food options were limited and not good.

Property was good, too far from the city, vip package restaurant's were not that great. Very slow service, less staff, a dinner would take around 2 hrs.

It was lovely to be there!

Overall very good. They need to clean public bathrooms better. Would not recommend for people with mobility issues,there are a lot of stairs.

Great Value!

Grood hotel once they update the rooms, it will be back to a Great Resort. I love the original look so don't change the look

Great stay, we had 73 people in our party and it was a great time.
