Staff was very rude and unprofessional

It was very clean, quiet, good food, excellent staff! Highly recommended!!

The room was spacious however the bathroom was ridiculously small. Shower head came up to my chest. Maid service was not offered until I asked for it which you should not have to do. They tried to sneakily add a charge for a safe without telling me asking me or me even using it. Breakfast was average but shy on options

The staff who were not that helpful or polite. The breakfast was not good and the hot tub had people in it recording for TikTok It was horrible.

Really great location, very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very reasonable. I travel for business.

Very nice property and great staff. Does not have handicap door openers to enter facility. Something to consider when booking.

Was nice, clean. Disappointed the pool and spa was closed during our stay. Otherwise satisfied.

Our room was clean and bright. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very close to the Hospital, which is why we chose it. They even have fresh baked cookies in the evening.

It was a newer facility and the sheets were soft and the pillows were puffy. We had the 2 room suite but the sink area in the tiny bathroom was inconvenient and the fridge microwave coffee food area was a joke. No space for anything.

Staff was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was great, pool was clean and good, area was really good. will come back.

Breakfast was great, room was clean, the evening clerk could have been a little more friendly, maybe put a smile on her face. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but it looked very clean. Over all, I would give it an A.

One night requested accessibility room received standard room . Hot tub was cold breakfast was good plenty of selection.

We came in for check in and was ignored by both staff behind the desk. One must have been leaving for the day and made a rude comment about “people that check in early” she left and told the other lady good luck and walked away. We continued to stand there with no help the other lady there cracked open her Pepsi and poured it into her glass, continued to wait for 15 minutes before she turned around and finally asked us what we needed. She proceeded to say she “thought” we were waiting for someone. We were right in front of the desk with our luggage! Very disappointed.

Friendly staff. Pet-friendly. Flat rate for pets. Clean room. Air conditioning unit was bright during the night. Would stay again.

I like that they had adjoining rooms and they allow dogs. Our 2 rooms were insanely hot. We went to use the air conditioner and found mold. We stayed 2 nights. We have been home for a few days and we all are now sick. Theres plenty of hotels in the area, choose another. This was my first time in Duluth so I wasnt sure where I wanted to stay.

Loved our suite that we had for 3 people! Only problem was the hot tub not working at the present time and the pull out bed really needed to be changed out, as all you could feel was the springs. Emplyees were very nice and helpfull.
