Dated, too big and holds enormous conventions Not what i expected

Very nice hotel for the price, great location and view of the Arch and Mississippi River.

Staff wasn’t clear with parking payment

Remarkable service, valuable amenities and great location.

The staff were friendly but all the extra little charges added up quick. $25 per person for breakfast every morning that had what a free basic breakfast would’ve offered from typical hotels, nothing fancy, and forced to pay $50 a night for valet parking added up to the total price being more than anticipated. Half of the elevators didn’t work and when you finally got one you were packed tight. Also you are expected to pay $30 more to get a room to see the partial view of the arch not told til you check in. It was only okay for how much I ended up spending at the hotel and would not check in here again. Staff were polite but just not worth all the nickel and diming this property did.

Great service and quality.

This is a great hotel, we didn't know what to expect since we were not from the area. The arch park is right across the street which is great since that was where we wanted to go. All of the other places we went to were all less than 10 mins from the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful we couldn't of asked for a better stay.

My stay at the Hyatt was nice the staff was friendly the environment was clean i didn’t have any issues with my room although the elevators were a messy issue with only one elevator working out of four on one side to certain floor levels definitely need to fix that issue it became a hassle especially during peaks of work and school hours waiting to get on one elevator

I think not having a microwave was pretty annoying, but overall a great hotel experience in my opinion.
