It is a nice hotel near to Gateway Arch (1 min walk), the only confuse is to parking. Just get in to the garage and go directly to level 2 (green area), then take to elavator for check in. Parking is extra 40usd per day.

The staff was helpful and the hitel view was priceless.

Needs some updating. Beautiful hotel but noticed things that really need replaced.

The Hyatt Regency is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. Depending on what room you're in, you'll be able to see the Arch right out of your window. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location downtown was great. My only real complaint is the price, but I guess you get what you pay for. The $50 a night valet only parking was also a pain, with long lines, but I guess it beats parking on the street downtown.

We have a wonderful stay. Checking in was super easy. Our view was fantastic from our room. We could see the arch and the surrounding area. The room was very nice and very clean. If we are ever in the area we will be staying here again!

Lovely Hotel, really unpleasant parking issues, very very busy and trying to park and go check in was rather stressful. But once inside the hotel itself was really lovely, spacious rooms, friendly staff. We ate at the baseball pub and food was very good, easy to bring up to the room to eat and rest. We walked to the arch as it was so close and to mass on the morning at the old cathedral. Lovely stay great views.

Overall, I enjoyed this stay. The staff was friendly, the elevators were fast and we really loved the options for the restaurant within the hotel. I do feel k need to say a few things, though. I know STL is in a heatwave but our room never got down below 71 which is really hot especially when trying to sleep comfortably. Our pillows smelled really badly of mildew when laying our heads down, almost like a plume of a fart. I’m not sure if it’s because they wash the feather pillows and don’t dry them all the way or what. The last thing was that there was a ceiling tile missing above the toilet in our room where there was exposed wires and all sorts of electrical work which is insane and a huge safety violation, I’m sure. I did let the front desk know about all these issues.

Could use a little more sound proofing in the room. I could hear my neighbor argue about who was on the edge of the bed and they let their kid cry for 30 minutes at 3:30 am

Trash cans at entry to hotel were overflowing onto the ground while several valets stood around with their hands in their pockets. Trash littered the front drive as well. Not the welcome expected from a Hyatt. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Parking is expensive. clean room. However, smelled remnants of smoking. Nice bar n grill. Convenient location right by the arch.

Everything you want is in this area and hotel. Clean and a great view

The room was not very clean. The beds were made haphazardly. Carpet wet in spots. Multiple "guests" who appear homeless or on drugs. Generally not a good experience.
