Had to pay $10-15 dollars extra from advertised price at checkin.

The first day I got there I checked in the lady told me make sure to keep my car sticker on the windshield which I did for 2 days I was supposed to been staying 3 days and checking out Monday Thursday till Monday I had to get out of there on Saturday wow there my car was repossessed because they said my sticker in the window was sitting on the dash not hanging on the mirror and I said it had to be most likely when the person pulled the vehicle cuz my car was repoed and I was not happy with that so I knew then there's no way no how I can stay here no longer. My TV also did not work properly in the afternoon it works fine in the morning in the afternoon when we come back in could not get it to turn on all I can say is was just too I feel no one should ever have to experience nothing like this before...

The property was not as described in the advertisement. This property was rated a lot higher than it should have. The pictures used to describe the property was totally false. The property was supposed to provide complimentary breakfast, it didn’t. One mirror was broken and missing tile in the bathroom. The linens were off white, no bleach used. I was not impressed at all.

Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes, extra charges when you get there. I got a non smoking and the room smelled like cigarettes. Horrible all around!

Location and in a sketchy neighborhood, property looked rundown

This place ia for truckers needing a place to wash, sleep and leave. I left feeling like I needed to wash everything I brought in to get the scent off. It's okay to just get a rest and move on.

Room was dirty, smelled like smoke, bed linens had cigarette burns. Would not stay here again.

They charged an extra $12 dollar fee after i had paid everything online and when asked they couldnt explain what it was for, just that it had to be paid. Not the cleanest room and bathroom. Lied when they said they had to go breakfast, nothing offered not even water.

Our door wouldn't shut. It was 11pm at night and we have children. When we told them our door wouldn't shut or lock. We were told to call expedia to cancel. Like what?!?! Its 11 almost 12am. Its not our fault the door wont shut. They did NOTHING. Never again. Alsot the room was disgusting. Stuff all over the mirror and cigarette burns everywhere, the towels and sheetz were stained. The floor turned my feet black. Worst expensive ever!!

Desk staff very nice and friendly. Offered extra pillows. Room Floors dirty, towel behind door from previous guest. A lot of noise from other rooms. Ad said breakfast and when booking it was promoted but no breakfast. Coffee and 2 flavours of juice....very disappointed wont return.

The customer service was excellent. The rooms was nice and clean as well as comfortable.

Room was dusty, front door was hard to close properly, bathroom mirror/light was damaged, could not turn off the tv or turn the volume up or down…

This room was unsuitable and very dirty. Bugs and roaches in the room. Chair looked like it came off a garbage pile holes in the wall air conditioner made a loud noise . Room was unsanitary. it was supposed to be a 3 night stay i left the next morning had to sleep in my vehicle until management arrived .. This room should be condemned
