Family Staycation was very nice! Dining options were satisfying. Customer service is exceptional. Heated pool and jacuzzi AAAHHHMAZING. They even have toys for the kids to play with in the water. The sauna in the locker room is another beautiful touch. We will definitely return.

A good location to base your trip from and a good, clean hotel

Everything was good

Construction and kids running around all throughout the night to the early morning hours. Absolutely no room to utilize the amenities due to unsupervised children. Also mistakes from the bar not charging my card but to the room which caused issues with my bank due to the suspicious activity it caused. I’ve never stayed at a Westin so badly managed due to the event that took place over the weekend. Horrible holiday experience for visiting the area for the first time. I also paid for the amenities I didn’t even get a chance to use. I’m just highly upset with my experience.

Very Good Customer Service

It was very dirty. The bed sheets and all the bedding on the bed smelled dirty as soon as we came in. Towels in the bathroom with stains. Stains on the bed and carpet. It was not a clean hotel. I will never be returning to this property.

The rooms were very warm and the air conditioning was shut off. Had to switch rooms.

Cold showers water

It was a great stay. Very nice property and staff.

It was large enough to have the dance competition and did not have to travel anywhere. Our room was large nice large shower. Did not have a microwave and our bathroom sink was backed up

I wish there was more information in the room about what the hotel had to offer.

disappointed as the shower water ran cold one day of our 3 day stay and it took 15 minutes to get luke warm water the other days....had we known we would have switched hotels.

Everything was great!

I guess my expectations of staying at the Westin were too high, upon checking in the associate helping me didn’t seem like they were enjoying their job/ not happy to be there and were short/rude when asking basic questions. There is no staff controlling the environment inside of the hotel, children running around screaming for hours and no parents in sight. Someone threw up in front of our door and when asking the front desk associates to send someone to clean it up, there was no sense of urgency which eventually made our room smell like vomit. Just doesn’t seem like anyone cares about the beautiful hotel that the Westin really is. It’s a shame, we have stayed there many times but it might be time to move on.

Comfortable and clean. Great pool area
