Outdated hotel but staff was super helpful. Condition isn’t bad just outdated. Bed was very comfortable. The only real minus was no microwave

Was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip to Jamestown. It is close to a lot of different shopping, restaurants, towns and activities.

Decent location off the highway. Quiet spot to spend a night while travelling.

Everything seem to be ok check-in was great room seem to be ook but I woke up the next morning with bites all over my arms and upper body from what I can only expect to be bed bugs I should've known better with all the sketchy people that were hanging around going in and out

They didn’t miss a beat. From the moment you approach until you eat breakfast and say good-bye. Awesome.

The hotel smells like mildew even though there hasn’t been a pool here for almost a decade. The room had mold in the windows and fridge and cobwebs in the corners. The tub didn’t drain and they argued with us on servicing the room, they have stickers clearly displaying that after 3 nights they’d service our room, the front attendant at night argued with me saying it is four nights. I took photos for each instance listed above and am sorely disappointed in the quality of this hotel after not staying in it for years.

Getting a bit old. Limited breakfast choices

I ended up leaving within 15 minutes of checking in and took a loss on the room since there was no refunds. Area felt unsafe, room had a strong musty and smoke smell, hallways were dirty. Front staff was polite

When we first checked we were given a room on first floor, which bathroom happened to be for a handicap person. The first thing that popped out in there was the toilet paper roll. It had stool all over the outer part of it. Took it to front desk and showed her. Second thing bed had hair on sheet. Took a picture and showed front desk and asked for another room. We were given a room on second floor where we noticed underneath the ac/heater a thick cobweb. The hallways looked like they needed a good sweep. The breakfast wasn’t that great either. I would not recommend this place and I won’t be staying there again.

Check in was quick and easy. We were greeted with a hello and a smile. Our 2nd floor room was clean and spacious. The shower had nice hot water. The bed was comfortable. There is no restaurant and the bar is closed but beer is available for sale at the front desk. The breakfast had the normal stuff...cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, waffles, bagels, choice of juices. Overall there was enough to eat.

Hotel room had funny smell. Many people just hanging around in the parking lot which made me concerned of break ins.
