I am writing to express my deep disappointment following my recent stay at your hotel. Given your reputation for high standards, I had expected a much more pleasant and professional experience. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. What made this more frustrating was the lack of resolution or care during my stay. I had chosen your establishment with confidence, expecting the quality and service you promote, but what I received was simply unacceptable. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the gaps in service and hospitality. Guests choose your hotel expecting excellence—not to feel overlooked or dissatisfied.

The lobby is pretty but once you go upstairs the rooms are dirty/dusty. The bathrooms are in need of updating. There wasn’t a single ice machine in the hotel working and the garbage in those rooms was overflowing out of the receptacles.

We had a great stay. Easy walking to the historic sites.

Great location, nice lobby, great bar and decent guest rooms.

Customer service was terrible. We had 5 people in our party and we requested sheets for the pullout sofa bed, 45 mins went by and they did not bring us the sheets. My husband went down to front desk and asked for the sheets, they said they were on their way. We waiting and again nothing was brought to our room. Also, waiting for our car from the valet took a very long time, approx 30 mins. Customer service was unacceptable. Will never stay at the Warwick again. Do not recommend.

Didn't like that the fee was advertised as $75.00 but was actually $150.00 when checked in. Otherwise good overall.

The hotel was in Center City so getting around was easy. Unfortunately the amenities in the hotel were lacking. The phone did not work (Reception claimed the phones were being upgraded), not all channels were available with some choppy and others getting an "Unavailable" message and while we were given a wifi password, it did not work. When I asked at reception, I was again told the problem was that the wifi was being upgraded and to use the unsecure network.

The hotel needs a major renovation. The drawers when opening came off, the bathroom was very dated and the trash can rusted. The desk chair was so worn out it was horrible. The outlets barely held your charger. The ice machine right next to us was broken with pealing paint and a bucket holding it up. For the money we spent I expected a lot more.

Pictures online very deceiving. Run down. Payed extra for a grand room and its a regular small size hitel room. Phones didnt work, water temperature was either cold or melt your skin hot, never cleaned our room or provided towels. Will never stay here again.

Great location, nice and friendly staff, easy valet parking. But the hotel needs an update! The furnishings in the room are worn, outdated, and threadbare.

When I first checked in, my room had not been serviced. While I was frustrated, they did end up getting me a new room that was a bit larger.

The location was perfect, and everything was so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

The front desk check in woman was very nice! Knew the history of the art work and was so accommodating.

Hotel is misleading ! Looks great feom the outside and the lobby area, but the rooms are very old and carpet in rooms are dirty! You would think the receptionist would know the condition of ALL rooms, i drove up feom Washington DC to be checked in late into a HORRIBLE ROOM! I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS HOTEL AGAIN, and please consider many of the other area hotels in the immeadiate area. Bathroom shower looked like something out of a 'Prison Movie', rust and wallpaper was coming off the wall. I was pissed and immeadiately asked to change rooms. The room switch was easy no questions were asked which was yet another red flag--this must happen frequently at this peoperty! The room i was switched to was a bit better, but not by much! Toyally disappointed, was counting on a great stay away from home! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVER DO THIS CHAIN AGAIN! The only 'silver - lining' relayed to the trip was Dave the doorman! Other staff members were ATROCIOUS. A seasoned hotel needs a seasoned staff! Sub-par everything at this price point ! I checked in on Friday March 29th 2025

This place was horrible. There was a roach in the room. I paid for a city view and was advised there is no such thing. There is also no management on site on the weekend.

The lobby is so cute , staff was nice and sweet . The rooms very comfortable and clean
