Hotels seems a bit run down, needs some refreshing rooms, furniture

La situation de l’hôtel est excellente. Le personnel a l’accueil est avenant. Mais… L’hôtel a beaucoup vieilli, le décor est triste et dépassé. Pas de bar sympa pour finir une soirée.

Need a couple of upgrades. Our window and frame on the 23 floor was falling apart. And very noisy, assuming from the restaurant above

Plusieurs chose ne fonctionnais pas dans la chambre aucun service de ménage devais demander pour avoir serviette propre si non aucun nettoyage effectué 1 lit de fait sur 2

J’aime bien aller au Concorde car tout ce fait bien à pied. C’est propre, le personnel est très gentil et la vu qu’on avait au 25 e étage etait superbe

The price is too high for what it is

Hotel is well located and the room had a nice view unfortunately that’s where it ended. Service was very limited and the room was only generally clean, Was “greeted” by an uninterested person at the front desk who just directed their eyes ti the self check in - message received. There were bits of garbage from guests in corners and the daily cleaning was only ever partial, with always something forgotten . And when laying on one of the beds these insect bites appeared on my legs. Switched to the other bed it stopped happening. All in all nice location , but that’s about it - and would have expected a bit more for the price.

Room was large, clean, bed comfortable, large windows - I had water views which was great. Location is fabulous. Did not know about included breakfast? Bathroom average, clean, tub with toiletries supplied - no lotion though. Small fridge in room, small safe, microwave in lobby. Most of the front desk staff were wonderful. Little store attached for the all the snacks and things you may have forgotten. 2 restaurants also attached. Ribs were fab.

The room was so dirty and heater was terrible. There was no controllers for temperature. We stayed two nights but they didn't clean at all, just changed towels.
