Room and view was great. Minor complaint about sounds from room repairs/construction above us. All in all, great location and great experience.

Our room was clean, and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is currently going through renovations but these did not disrupt our stay. The kitchenette was small but functional. It was handy to have a washer and dryer in the room as we stayed 2 weeks.

Staff are always great and ready to help. Best views of English Bay and mountains.

The room smelled of urine when I first moved in. At 3 in the morning there was a dripping. Thought it may be rain. By 4, it was apparent that there was a leak coming from the ceiling. When the front desk was notified, had to pack up and go downstairs to switch rooms. First I was required to pay a (second) deposit on the new room. Have stayed multiple times before with satisfaction. Hopefully this was a “one off”.

Location was great and the room was nice and clean. The living room couch was very uncomfortable though. Even so, I would stay there again.

Staff were great! Teresa helped us store our bags after checkout so we could explore the city unencumbered. Overall fantastic experience, and such a nice room!
