The room was a bit warm but otherwise it was wonderful. The music in The dungeon bar was great!! And food was delicious

Really good hotel. Would stay again

They consider anyone over 12 years old to be an adult so they will then charge you an extra fee for your children to stay in the room with you. My daughter is 13 so I then had to pay an additional fee as if she was supposed to stay in a separate room… this is on top of the already extremely high room rate. The other thing that is quite odd. Is that the swimming pool for the facilities Don’t allow your children to swim after 5 PM. From an extensive travelers point of view, I would not consider this a family, friendly establishment.

Check in staff is so so, but operator is super helpful

Room was spotless, beds were great. Bathroom clean but very small . There is is a step into tbe bathtub. Not great for older people. No microwave and no fridge. Had a nespresso voffee maker water and a kettle. Elevators need re touching some woodwork padfing scraped etc. Grounds were outstanding. Breakfast was good.Elevator floors need labelling.

Great hotel - clean and tidy

Staff was very friendly and food was excellent!

Lovely pool and sauna area! Comfortable room and tea was fantastic! We loved the dungeon bar for dinner and overall had a great visit!

The hotel staff was friendly. The food in the Dugeon bar and Mepas was amazing although the menus did intertwine. Rooms were clean.

Absolutely joy! I wish I could have spent at least a week there! Top notch. Staff was wonderful. Above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Breakfast could use some work

The room was comfortable and clean. We had the breakfast and two dinners at the hotel all of which were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic property. Beautiful views

Staff, breakfast and bar were wonderful. The furniture in our room was very dirty and tattered. Room was beautiful, but furniture in dire need of being replaced.

Lovely breakfast, sauna and steam room were so nice, property and location amazing and had coffee pods in room which was such a nice treat

Building works were happening in the rooms next door to mine during both days of my stay (loud drilling, hammering, moving furniture and I even lost power in my room because of it). When this was raised to the staff during my stay I was allowed to use the library to work in to join work meetings but no effort was made to pause the work or move me to a room that wasn't inbetween building work. Beautiful location but the apathy from the staff was disappointing.

Great Hotel with friendly staff and good food

An excellent stay, the staff were very friendly and food was delicious. Family room was spacious, clean and tidy. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will definitely return.
