My problem was not with the hotel, it was with Hotels.com! We booked a room and paid for it in advance. When we arrived the very harried front desk apologized profusely explaining that they have been sold out for 5+ hours and have notified Hotels.com, yet Hotels.com continued to oversell rooms that don't exist. At 11PM, my wife and I were then forced to find another hotel, almost an hour away, at much more money after we'd already paid for the room at this property. Will never use Hotels.com again.
