Hotel and rooms were great! The only downside is limited parking spots and Price for stay.

Room was nice, friendly staff and the restaurant is excellent. The parking situation is bad, only about 18 spots in a very cramped lot. BUT - we parked on the street right below our room and had no issues. Go to the visitor center and get a 3 day street parking pass for free. It's also free overnight and only 50 cents and hour during the day so its cheap. I would have liked to know ahead of time about the parking and only found out about the visitor center pass from staff at a local outfitter, the hotel never mentioned it. I would stay again, the hotel itself is good.

Nice hotel and service

This is a larger hotel with a restaurant attached. We ate there one night and it was good. The hotel is older but our room was updated, clean and comfortable. The two items that could be worked on would be more hot water available at peak times and the ac unit was quite loud( but effective!). We stayed twice and would stay again.

The staff were very friendly I just thought the areas inside and outside need updating.

They were very hospitable! Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. The only thing I would recommend is having 24/7 complimentary coffee for guests who arrive late or are leaving before breakfast.

Clean, friendly staff, restaurant has great food

The only thing missing was hand cream/lotion in the room. All hotels usually provide hand cream, & I really missed not having any. Otherwise the place was great. Staff were amazing.

I paid extra for a suite, the room was nice but it was located right above the main lobby doors. I heard the front doors open and close every single time. Ended up having a horrible sleep.

Everything was good. Rooms are nicely updated
