The staff was excellent, extremely kind and made you feel at home. On site dining options including Starbucks coffee in the morning. Was going to concerts at rupp arena which is right across the street.

Extra 50 dollars bled out of me for a "early" check in. Don't see how this is a issue,when the room was already cleaned an ready. Goodbye hilton

Would stay here again. Great choice with close proximity to Rupp Arena.

Room spelled awful! Desk personnel rude

Bar tender was super nice and they were so busy every night. The bathroom was not designed well the door wont even open. Very odd the door almost propa open on middle od the toilet.

Parking garage is not customer friendly.

Clean room, great service, easy access to parking

Very close to Rupp Arena. Grabbed a cocktail in hotel bar before walking across street to concert at Rupp. Enjoyed buffet breakfast with made to order omelets. This was not a free breakfast bar. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Free WiFi only if Hilton Honors member which frontdesk staff were no help getting sorted out for us but otherwise nice stay. You do pay to park in garage.

Bad experience

Nice and clean place. Easy access to walk to places around the hotel.

Our room was not ready after about 4:30 they came and got us in the bar area. They wanted us to stay in another room and were told to go wait in the bar area. The staff was very rude and we wished we stayed somewhere else. This is my 3rd bad experience with the Hilton Hotels and will definitely draw a line through their name next trip. They used to stand for something....not anymore....

In town for the railbird festival, perfect location.

Clean and comfortable. Night shift staff (Robert and Kelsey) were extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed and taken care of.
