Geeat hotel....rooms need upgrading to present....and I stayed in a top Suite 0 ammenities other than a small coffee maker the bathroom for q Suite and price was like a half bath at any average home...felt and looked very dated.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at in a while. The complimentary shuttle arrived quickly, and the ride from the airport was very short. Check-in was quick and easy. I received a really convenient room with complimentary water, which had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I had a late dinner at the onsite restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. I had wanted to go out, but I was tired, and I regret nothing. The meal was on par with the best restaurants, if not better, in my opinion. The included breakfast I had the next morning was also delicious and kept me full all day long. Having a UPS location in the hotel was a major benefit for me, as I was able to collect an important package the next morning with zero hassle. After that, checkout was quick and easy, and I was able to get a shuttle to the Port of Miami at a great price. The staff I encountered were nice, friendly, and accommodating, and they had all the answers to my questions. Lastly, I must mention the delicious chocolate chip cookies. They provided them generously, and I ended up buying three tins to take home with me. Overall, whenever I’m in Miami for business or pleasure, I will definitely be staying at this hotel..

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Food was delicious. The pool area is nice but could use some umbrellas. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order and there was no hot water to take a shower in the evening.

Was excited tonvisit this doubletree as i have had fantastic experiences in the past. Not so here. The staff seemed befuddled by simple requests for things like pool towels. Their POS system was working ,then not working. You couldnt order food in the bar to go and were directed to some odd offshoot kisok. All in all it felt lackluster and phoned in. A big departure to the higher end I felt the doubletree was becoming. I even had another guest behind me in line state " this place is on its way out" . Hot tub was defunct and trash was overflowing of recepticals around pool. Wanted a doubletree...got a a broken twig. Wont be back.

Issues with this property. 1st the hot tub is out of order and we were not told about this at check in. 2nd issue not able to get any type of coffee here with the exception of regular coffee. The espresso machine was down. Asked if we could get a cafe con leche anywhere else in the hotel and told no. Realized that if we walked into the adjacent Mall we could get better coffee.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What kind of hotel makes you pay for parking on their own lot on top of your nightly fees? Not to mention their website says $10 a night and we get there and they say it’s $20 per. Bathroom mirror light did not work as well as like 2 other lights in the room simply did not work. Stains on the bed and headboard. Hot tub was broken and pool was ice cold. Staff was unpleasant and not friendly. Would not come back and stay at this hotel if they paid ME money each night I stayed. I’ve stayed at motel 6’s nicer than this place.

Stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks and the check in was horribly slow both times, the “restaurant” is just a bar with really bad food, there was hair all over our shower when we checked in, and if it weren’t for the half warm cookie they gave us it would be a 0. By far the worst doubletree I’ve ever stayed at in the entire nation. Literally, stay ANYWHERE but here.

This experience was just awful. The hotel was clean and rooms were clean, but the staff was miserable. We arrived at 7pm and did not get checked in until 8:30pm because the staff was so unorganized. After I was checked in to head to my room, I was grabbed by the staff and had to go through the check in process again because they didn’t do it right the first time. It almost took two hours from start to finish. After going to the room, we ate dinner in the downstairs kitchen as well as breakfast there the following morning. The breakfast was ok but the dinner was horrible. The food is just not good and the servers are miserable. There is nowhere close by to grab a bite to eat or a coffee either. It’s connected with a convention center so there is a coffee shack located in the hotel area for the morning. However those lines in the AM are almost an hour wait. The rooms were fine and the shuttle service is convenient. However I would not recommend this again. (We also had to ask for our free cookie and that wasn’t good either)
