El hotel esta en muy malas condiciones para tener el nombre de Hilton. De Hilton lo único que tiene es el precio. Te cobran hasta por el parqueo. Mala experiencia.

Room needs some updates but was fine for my stay. Parking is $18 a day so that was a bit much for the week.

Staff was friendly but the room was very outdated and not clean at all. Bathroom was very dirty. You could see it was previous leaks in Ceiling, the list could go on for the room. To top it off The shuttle bus left us waiting for 2 hours. Kept calling the front desk but they advised nothing much could be done on the front desk end.

Pick up from the airport to Doubletree was a nightmare especially after coming off a 9 hour flight you don’t expect to wait 1 and a half hours and when it did arrive it took off before anyone could get on. I had to take an Uber with another couple waiting for transfer bus. The room overall appearance was very good. However, although the bed was made up beautifully. It was clear when the covers were pulled off that the sheets hadn’t been changed.😩 The skirting boards were extremely dusty. And the lift going to and from my floor was noisy.(Due to age I guess). Once I was given clean sheets I had change the bed sheets myself. The bed itself is perfectly comfortable to sleep on. Food was tasty a little pricey but nonetheless good. The restaurant staff and bar staff are the warmest. They paid attention to details and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was happy with what I had ordered as well as making suggestions. When appropriate. Tax and service charges are added to everything!

great stay at this hotel

Hotel smells on several floors. Carpet needs replacing and hotel needs to be upgraded the furniture is old. Total make over is needed. I had to change rooms several times before I was comfortable enough to stay there, because I paid in advance and could not receive a refund.

Everything was good. There is a $18 per day fee for self parking and $20 for valet. I would have given all 5 stars but there was no microwave in the room. After calling downstairs for one we were told someone would bring one. After an hour wait no one came. We were told we could go downstairs and warm up the food if we were in a rush after calling back. Overall, I would stay again.

The airport shuttle took really long. I tried calling the hotel after an hour but there was no answer.

I arrived after 10 pm . No restaurant open . Walked to the store and returned. Surprise !! No mini refrigerator in the room.I have stayed many times with zero problems! Please fix it !

Check in and out was very easy. Parking was still close to the door, even though it was on the side. Pool and hot tub were clean and good. Room service was friendly and very good. They even folded one of my shirts i left on the bed. They (the whole staff) were great

Was expecting better

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While the room itself was clean, the overall appearance of the hotel is very outdated and in need of serious upgrades. The air conditioning was extremely poor — there were only two small vents high on the wall, both facing the sun-exposed side of the building. As a result, the room stayed uncomfortably warm throughout the day. The sliding door to the balcony was rusted and nearly impossible to open. The TV in the room didn’t work at all, and to make matters worse, the room phone was also nonfunctional, making it difficult to report the issue. Around midnight, we were disturbed by children loudly running up and down the hallway, which made it even harder to rest. It’s a shame, because the hotel is in an excellent location, but the outdated facilities and lack of maintenance really take away from the experience. I hope management considers investing in much-needed improvements, especially the AC system and basic amenities.
