Great place. Very warm hospitable

Very clean and comfortable.

Showed up to hotel woman checking in was very rude and dry. Acted as if she did not wanna be there. Room had no remote no air dryer no iron and phone not working had to go down and report to front desk when I noticed the items . Also the floor we what on smelled like dog pee.

Hotel has improved over the last year. My only concern is that there are no stairs leading to the guest rooms. I had a third floor room but I had to wait almost 10 minutes for an elevator after a long and tiring day of travel. A large group was meeting there. Need access to stairs- it also feels like a fire hazard. Otherwise the staff was helpful and the place was clean.

The customer service was good but the room had a musty smell and bed was uncomfortable. Only had one sheet and the pillows were bad.

The hotel is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. It is a safe and quiet area. The reason for the average rating was because the pool and hot tub that they advertised we were not able to use. Both the pool and hot tub were closed. I chose the hotel for our Easter weekend with the kids and grandkids because of the indoor pool. I was very disappointed when we arrived and were told the pool was closed. I would have appreciated being notified prior to our stay that the pool was closed so that we could cancel and book a hotel that did have a working pool.

The pool was closed and this was not disclosed before booking. Additionally, the staff was extremely rude but in their defense they seem to be extremely under staffed. I called to ask for more towels and was told the person who gets those was on a shuttle run. Just severely displeased with the entire experience.

It was comfortable and clean. The parking is kind of a long walk from the room and they don't have valet parking on the weekends

Had to pay for parking; breakfast not included - too expensive. Will not stay here again.

Location was right in the middle of what me and my spouse weee needing, literally 10-15 minutes drives to our destinations.

I recommend this hotel to people. it was one of the best ones my family has stayed at and the staff was so friendly we will for sure be back!!
