This hotel shower is so old . The air conditioner was blowing out hot air . The tv does not work so if you not check in before 11 pm the engineers are gone so you will have to sleep with no air

Super Noisy - Pool was like looking at a murder scene - black scum all around it

The food was amazing and was real comfortable it was also very clean

The 2 things I didn't like was that there was only 1 microwave for the whole building and that there was no refrigerator in the room

friendly staff, clean and open lobby. Did not like having to pay $25 to get into room a couple of hours early - especially as a Hilton Honors member, but that is a corporate issue, not unique to this hotel.

The room we stayed in had no refrigerator or microwave....the TV didn't work the first night..... items came missing from room. I always stay at the Hilton on the other side of town now see see why..... horrible experience....but I can say the employees are nice and kind

Great location, things look a little worn out.

No remote in room, the water level in the toilet was low not enough to flush . Had to call maintenance. Nothing fancy or exciting about the room.

Updates are still being made, but the staff was amazing! Food in the restaurant was freshly made (ie biscuits from scratch) and delicious!

A mini fridge would have been nice

Overall my experience was a good one. There was some noise, but it was a friday night in downtown Memphis. That's expected. But, the room decor is outdated and needs a new color scheme along with updated furniture.

I've stayed at this property a fews years back for work and decided to stay for personal stay. It was just ok. The bed was very very hard and was not comfortableat all. The AC woke me up all night as it sounded like it was about to fall out of the ceiling every time it shut off. The room was just ok but you could tell it had not been updated. The staff was nice and friendly as well as the valet service.
