Had hair in the bathtub .. and found some dead bugs on the floor by the beds . Overall the staff was great . And very close to the airport with a free shuttle.

Room was clean, shower had a broken peice to turn shower on very difficult to turn on. Elevetrs smelled horrible. Customer service was wonderful. The grizzly bar was very run downed look. Ordered a sandwich was not much for what i thought it would be. The beer taps were down. There was alot of traffic cars going on as in illegal traffic.

This Red Lion is a pretty huge property that's a little worn down. Reasonable place to stay, but the rooms are pretty dated. Comically, the bed was on rollers on a hard floor so when I sat up in bed and leaned against the wall, it slowly started rolling away from the wall.

Such easy access to the Airport-room service-staff very flexible-shuttle really well done!

This stay started off horrible, the shuttle driver was rude and didn't bother to help with luggage, didn't open the door nothing!!! Only to get to our room and heater didn't work and when and strong fumes were coming drom it. Called front desk and was told a ticket would be put in, never offered to change our room, my husband was very upset. Next morning Jasmine and Sheyenne saved the stay. I voiced my complaints and our room was changed immediately, and gave us a apology and made us feel more welcomed. SHEYENNE offered to take us to airport and she picked us up by our room on girst floor because my husband knees were bothering him . They both made us feel so much better. AMIYA and Sheyenne even gave us recommendations of places to go that were walking distance. Thank you ladies for making a horrible start end very happy. They deserve raises because they really know how to give great customer service.

Super close to airport and 24 hour shuttle. Perfect for early morning flight.

The stay was good. The part of the hotel we stayed in was under renovation. It was quiet probably because it was Sunday.

The staff were are great. The property is very out dated/dingy/dark and in need of a major upgrade. Our room was very large but such an odd use of space. NO closet! we had to ask for a garment rack. Such a huge room with only one tiny little sink and very small bathroom. The breakfast that was included was not very tasty but the coffee was hot and fresh

Play has outstanding service! Very busy with a conference room

My only recommendation is that they should have more than 2 large towels in the bathroom as most women use 2 and that leaves none for their spouse. Other than that its a nice place.

The property has seen better days as its pretty worn out. Rooms are okay and so is the restaurant. 3 star hotel

This is a very tired hotel in need of a complete remodel. The staff however were very helpful when I told them I could not do stairs and they upgraded us to a wing that had one an elevator. I was attending an event there and that is the only reason I booked the hotel. Again the staff were very helpful and professional.

The front desk attendant, not too Friendly. No iron in my room. Charged me a service fee of $3 maybe because I asked for a receipt and I should have. Breakfast was good

We stayed for one night and it was wonderful. Definitely will stay there again when back in town!

It is under renovation. Poor quality. They did offer a 24 hour airport shuttle though.

My family and I have stayed at other Red Lion hotels and this one has been the worst stay we have had. The room was big beds were clean but the floors were dirty left our white socks with a bit of a stain. The fridge never got cold always warm. One of the drawers was broken and wouldn’t let the other ones open or close properly. We didn’t have enough towels in room on our first night so I went to lobby to get some and was told someone would bring some to our room never got any not even the next day so we just had to buy our own and freshen up the room since we didn’t even have someone clean the room. Construction was being done all around so we woke up to banging in the room next door at 7 in the morning. The feel overall of the hotel felt dirty was outdated and just not relaxing. I’m sure it could have been better but this was just what I experienced on our 3 day stay. Upon checkout the receptionist said she forgot I told her about the drawer and couldn’t remember my room number for the towels when she had clearly written something down when I told her about it. Disappointed with the service never will I stay here again I guess you get what you pay for.

Checked in very late at night, so asked for a room close to lobby so I didn't have to walk far. Got a very nice room near the lobby. The only weird thing was the toilet, so low to the ground it must have been made for a 3 yr old.

The bed has horrible. It was a spring mattress that was so uncomfortable.. the room was dated with weird lighting and most the TV channels were in Spanish which wouldn't be issue if I could switch them to English but I couldn't.
