Friendly staff

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. Our room was wonderful and the bathrooms have been updated nicely. We loved everything about this beautiful palace. It was ornate but we felt totally at home. We cannot say enough good things about El Avenida. If you are comparing to other hotels, stop now and book your room! Hasta la proxima!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was in a great location for walking around and exploring. The only complaint was that we could have been offered more capsules for our coffee than the one a day.

Good location and clean interior. However, my mattress was in poor condition causing pain in my back. Also, there was loud construction ongoing and staff wouldn't move me to a different room.

Our stay at El Avenida Palace Hotel was wonderful. It is a beautiful hotel. Our room was well appointed. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Incredible view of the city from the rooftop terrace. I hope to return on day!

everything is bad.

Our room was magnificent, we stayed at the tibidabo suite and it was very very large (91m2!!). Amenities in the room were extensive and sometimes even to much for 2 people. The hotel staff was very nice, and friendly but the best thing was, they helped with whatever you asked with a genuine smile. Only downside to the room in particular was that when we showered the smell of the gutters came up through the other draining holes, so there was a bit of smell after that. But after a few minutes of ventilation it was resolved. Overal a very very pleasant, central and friendly stay.
