Wow what a terrible night we had. Kids running up and down the halls until 2am, slamming doors. We called the front desk several times. They said “sorry there is nothing we can do. Maybe you can call the police”. Seriously, nothing you can do to be responsible with guest you serve, by taking care of guests not causing disturbances. In the morning, after 0 sleep, the manager tells us she can comp us a 5$ Starbucks coffee. She cannot do anything about the room charges because we booked through Expedia. A site you put your hotel on to make it more findable.

I checked in at 10 pm and checked out at 12 pm. In total I got 3 hours of sleep because of the noise throughout the hallway and the elevators. Kids were running everywhere in the main lobby. The front desk girl was yelling at everyone that cops had been called. This was not worth the price of my stay.

Disappointed the pools were closed

Nice property, safe and good location. Only issue was a leaking drain pipe below bathroom sink, which we informed front deck. Easy check, friendly staff.
