The hotel lobby, hallways and common areas all smelled of marijuana! Disgusting. I will never stay here again!

Used to be really nice hotel, but now… As soon as you enter main lobby, strong odor of weed. I don’t know if employees are smoke during work, or they allow guests to do so in the main lobby… Same story on the floors including executive. Also, we did order crib for our 3 yo, when opened it, inside were some used plastic cups. Last time we stayed there.

It was a nightmare! The hot tub was drained, even though we called ahead of time to ensure that it was functioning. This was a deciding factor for choosing the Trumull Marriot. The pool was supposed to be open until 11:00 pm. It was closed at 9:45 p.m. The front desk ladies were rude and sarcastic. Marissa hung up on us - Vanessa treated us like incompetents - Horrific. The breakfast was mediocore at best. The beds were far from comfortable and the bathroom toilet and sink were dirty. There was soap scum in the shower. No compensation - no apologies - DO NOT waste your money on this rat hole.

Great stay. The kids had the best time!

The bathtub was full of dirt, the cleaning people did come to clean it but it was still disgusting The pool area was dirty along with the pool water. The tv didn’t work, we thought it might have been the remote but it was not, the channels continue to buffer.

There was a promo a missed and the staff was so great and honored the promotion. Very happy with the stay. Wish I had been told the spa wasn't in service. Bought suits just for that and it was closed.

That I have not received my deposit for my two night stay and have not heard anything regarding my $100 deposit.

Not clean

Hotel is old. No microwave in room. Breakfast is pricey.

Quiet, comfortable bed, nice size room, near everything (food, shopping, gas)

When we checked in the hotel clerk totally yawned right in or faces. They should be more aware of their impression.

So I kept telling the agent the toilet wasn’t working correctly and she had a bad attitude I even asked her can she get me another room and she denied it all all that money n not good service in my room

Hot tub wasn't working. Pool water was green.
