We arrived at the property before the posted check-in time. We had traveled since 4 am with a child who has special needs and thought it would help him to rest a little before dinner. I asked the guy at check in if we could check in early. He said if I signed up for their rewards program, I could check in early, otherwise he would not let us. I pointed out my son with special needs standing behind me and he said sorry, he couldn't help us. In all my years of travel, I have never had a similar experience. I will never return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This is about my sixth visit and I will be back again.

The hotel was extremely clean. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and had several options. The food was hot and of course the cinnamon rolls were yummy! The staff was very nice.
