The room was not very clean and did not have sufficient supplies like hand soup to be enough for the stay. Also, the landline indicated a message blinking but was never resolved despite contacting the help desk. There are no nearby restaurants or shops to get some food, however the availability of snacks and water was much appreciated. Otherwise, staff were welcoming and breakfast was good with many varieties each day. I thank the kitchen staff and front desk for their help.

Right off the highway, was conveniently located. Had no issues, staff were very nice and a great breakfast was included.

Clean room and friendly staff, which matters the most

Basic hotel. Clean modern with ample parking. A short drive to shopping and restaurants.

Was a good stay over all had a bit of a delaybcause wouldnt let my gf use my cred debit card for damage deposit. Bit of pain in the ass. Front desk didnt speak the best english either. But hotel is nice she said .

Overall the property was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in staff was not friendly which was off putting.

Spotless, very friendly, wonderful breakfast, comfortable beds. Good price point. Couldn’t ask for better.

No high chair neither a booster for baby and toddlers

Our first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Lobby was so homey with sofas, chairs and breakfast area was very comfortable again with lovely seating. Will stay again on our next visit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The property needs some updating but I would definitely stay again.

Without there being a pool there there were less younger children which made it so quiet

Two adults checked in right at 3:00 and we were put on the main floor of the hotel. I noticed papers taped to the doors of the rooms around us with hockey team names, which didn't feel good. When we got back to the hotel just after 9:00, there were kids from a tournament everywhere and the volume of noise was unbelievable. I went to the front desk and they did give me a room on the upper floors, but only after saying that "quiet time starts at 10" (a sign at the front door said 9) and where they were "uncertain" if there were rooms available. Why would someone check in two adults into the very middle of a hall completely occupied by seven year old boys? It's absurd. I have no problem with kids in hotels, or tournaments, but don't stick me right in the middle when other options are available.

The staff are rude and unhelpful. Traveling with three little kids we needed more towels for showering, we were told we were already given enough. Every time we left the room we had to get the key card re activated.
