The Hotel is close to the Underground station U1 & U3. Situated back from the Main Street, it’s quiet and comfortable. Very clean and the staff are attentive to all enquires.

Front desk service was amazing. Just a little small in places and awkward to move around. We did have a stroller and small child though.

The place and location great. The staff is very nice. The only issue I had is the bathroom reeked of mildew. It was so pungent, I had to buy an air freshener for the bathroom. The smell was coming from the shower drain and the shower had black mold all over it. Since there is no central air, I understand, but a fan in the bathroom appeared to be there but not working. They really should fix it for $352.00 per night, had I known I would have stayed else where, The Quentin Hotel is a block away and is more “satisfactory”

The room was clean and quiet. Some visitors may be uncomfortable with prostitutes that visibly frequent the nearby area. Nice coffee place close to hotel.

Apart from the reading lamps not working it was a very pleasant stay.

Okay room for a business trip but relatively noisy. You'll hear noises from the street outside and the other guests inside. Wifi works sporadically. Don't hope to hold online meetings.

Absolute and likely deliberately deceptive name. Nowhere near Potsdamer Platz in style, location or comfort. The prostitutes outside were fairly entertaining to watch however.

Lovely clean place and staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little stuffy as no aircon but all in all no complaints.

The location is excellent. The room is clean and spacious with two beds and a sofa. The atmosphere is a bit business like. Not cosy. Mattress is fine. Pillows are ok. Super quiet. Bathroom is clean and has everything needed.

Breakfast was really good, however the overall condition of the hotel can be better. Location is fine: 30 min walk from Potsdamer Platz

Were missing a bar to sit in the evening and coffee in the room.

Great hotel. Breakfast had a nice spread, but would have enjoyed some bacon with the eggs. The room was very clean and larger than expected. Hair dryer in the bathroom was convenient. Grateful for luggage storage before check-in. Negatives: we dropped our bags off early (before check-in) and without even checking our identification we were given a key to luggage storage in the garage. Once down there we put our luggage in the room and returned the key to the front desk. It didn’t feel super secure considering anyone borrowing the key could have access to all luggage inside and there wasn’t hotel staff supervision. Thankfully everything was untouched when we returned several hours later. In our room there was a hotel advertisement decal placed on the bathroom window. This prevented people from seeing into the window. On one spot of the decal, someone cut out a small square that was basically a peep hole into the bathroom. We had to keep it covered throughout the stay. The upper portion of the window had no covering and while people on the ground couldn’t see in, people in the building across the street several floors up had a great view of the bathroom and shower which had clear glass doors. Finally we figured out that closing the bathroom door and making the shower extra hot fogged up the top window after several minutes of running the water. Overall, great place to stay and would definitely go back again. Bus & subway nearby.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast nice. But the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows almost non-existent. The hotel overlooks a noisy street and we were woken up with people partying in the street. Very uncomfortable sleeps.
