They need to renovate the bathrooms and the fact that none of the doors fully close

Stains all over - including bed and sheets. Ants on AC unit. Broken shower rod and light switch. Leaky shower faucet. Hair on floor. Dirty elevator.

From the moment we walked in, I had a feeling. We check in with no problem, that was the easiest plan then it went all downhill from there. One of the elevators was out of service, there were trash cans on every floors overflowing with trash, there was some kind of substance in the elevator. Once we got to the room, it didn’t get any better, there were stains on the pillows and different places on the walls and then once in the bathroom, found a roach crawling up the wall and bathtub, shower and sink were completely disgusted. Me and my fiance instantly started feeling disgusted like we didn’t wanna touch anything. Then there was no protective latch on the door, the door looked like it had previously been kicked in or something. The pics we saw on Hotels.com painted a totally different picture than what we saw at that hotel. But because we checked in later in the evening, we had to survive thru a night at that hotel but the next day we checked out and switched to another hotel as soon as we could.

Property was a mess, sketchy people in the lobby, front desk person was rude as hell, remote control didn't work, bugs in the room, TV and lights didn't work, I booked a king bed and front desk person said there was none available. This place is a hot mess.

Not clean at all. The building is old and has tearing everywhere. The day of our staying there was a huge leak on top of the front desk. Dirty floors everywhere. Smell of marijuana everywhere. The cafeteria was bad. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was OKAY.

Had to move rooms 3 times because of no internet or cable. Rooms were dusty and dirty like it wasn’t cleaned for months. Moved into the last room to find roach eggs under the tv stand and crawling around the tv area.

The room had roaches, elevator door got stuck, hallways stink, ceiling was leaking rooms with 2 beds are so small then they hold a $100 deposit when the hotel is already a mess it’s no smoking but the dresser had a burn mark it, lights in different room didn’t work it was so horrible I had to find another hotel and ask for a refund.

Definitely not what we expected. Seems like a lot of people live there. Rooms are very old and poorly “remodeled” with bare wood blocks holding up AC and shower curtains. Very noisy and reeks of pot through the entire hall

The hotel smelled like wet dog room ok tub could be cleaner

First the entrance of the hotel is very dirty and you go in the lobby the hotel smell bad which is not a good sign, so once I check in and go up to my room I found roches in one of my bed which I was disgusted and right away requested a refund and I would never you never recommend this to no one. Plus the type off people staying the hotel not very appropriate and not very professional. So don’t book here

Not clean

Dirty room and bathroom,unpleasant odors outside and inside the room! The bed sheets and towels had stains on them. There was trash overflowing everywhere on the 4th floor! Roaches crawling around! This hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness ASAP!

Staff was excellent with accommodating me with a new room and the things I needed.First room smelled like smoke, second room sheets had stains, bathroom tub was disgusting, phone didn’t work no remote. Paint stains on carpet, walls, and elevators (only one was working so wait time was extremely long). Overall the staff was really nice, but the place is a disappointment.

The staff was accommodating to the inconveniences. However hotel needs updating and cleaning
