Amazing staff, perfect location!! Will be there again

Good location

i cannot say enough positive words about Austria Trend Hotel. the front staff was not only extremely helpful at check in and check out, but everyday enquired as how they could help with walking directions to my destination. the hotel is so centrally located in the Old city that St. Steven’s, the Opera and all the museums are very easily to walk to at anytime of the day and night. This is a location that i would use again if i were to return again to Vienna. amazing breakfast as well.

This is the perfect spot if you want something central. Great value for money, staff is friendly and helpful, room is clean and quiet.

The room was not as clean as we expected, it was old as the curtains were teared and the paint and furniture look old. The room temperature had to be supplemented by opening the windows as the air conditioning system was not working properly.

Location is perfect. Breakfast with a lot of options and the team is very friendly and welcoming.

I liked the central location--can walk anywhere. We had a huge room overlooking Kaertner Strasse. I liked being able to open the windows if I wanted to. The 25 Euro breakfast is a little expensive so we did not that but had the coffee provided in the room and walked to the Billa Convince store 200ft. away. The staff at the front desk was very very nice.

Great stay at a prime location! We were also able to get checked-in earlier which was awesome as we arrived around mid-morning and was able to freshen up before heading out to explore Vienna.

The room was terrible . The toilet and bed was not clean . Very bad experience

The hotel is in the perfect location, everything in the Centre is walkable from there. Breakfast in the hotel is wonderful but too pricy. There are many alternative (cheaper) options around the hotel. Beds are great, rooms are adequate.

The room was totally inadequate. They had our 17 yr old daughter sleeping on a very very uncomfortable couch and when we asked they told us most people prefer that. Our beds made both my wife’s and mine backs hurt terribly. When we tried to speak with the mgr. They were extremely patronizing and insulting. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.

Good central location. Room wasn’t large but to be honest it was a base and sufficient to move all around the bed. Bathroom was modern with excellent shower. Friendly staff and can leave luggage if you have a late flight. Check out midday which was a help.
