Very nice comfortable stay!

Room wasn’t very clean, Wi-Fi is the slowest Wi-Fi I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Call the front desk to talk about it and the dude argues with me, Wi-Fi works fine. I had to tell him, you have a different Wi-Fi there than what we have in the rooms, you were on the Baymont lobby Wi-Fi, we are a different set up. I said come back here and try it and he said no And argued with me about how the Wi-Fi works. It must be me and I told him no it’s it’s not me. I’ve tried multiple devices and it’s the same thing. Some customer service.

I stayed twice and I will not stay a third time. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow, unable to get any work done due to how god-awful the Wi-Fi is. Can’t upload or download to dropbox, can’t surf the web with any sort of reasonable speed, can’t even watch a YouTube video without it taking forever to school. Having for bed, you try to stream something on your tablet, the Wi-Fi is awful. Also had to change the sheets on my own bed as I got there and they were dirty. Look like a poo stain, I grabbed a wash rag and some warm water and sure enough it cleaned off so that tells me the sheets weren’t washed. Called to get my own sheets and had to go upfront and get them myself and I change the sheets on the bed, when I took the sheets off the mattress cover was also covered in mold spots. I won’t be staying here again.

Tried to cancel several times and your web sight refused to let me do so. I will never use your services again and will strongly recommend against anyone I know aginst using it.

It was great didn’t smell of cigarettes or smoke which was appreciated. Very dusty in the room set off my allergies and also saw a roach in the morning so I had to shake out my clothes for sure. Bottle top on the floor which shows it hasn’t been cleaned that well and the shower curtain had a red stains which I couldn’t tell what it was. It is okay to throw them away if they too messed up

the bed and couch was dusty/midtop area and torn some of lights was dull but other then that was descent for the price.

Apparently some one else checked in under my reservation. The guys at the desk was super confused and apologetic and we got a room, no big deal. It was supposed to be 2 queens, gave us a king so I snuggled with my son and called it a night (it was late). There was no soap or shampoo in the room and it was dirty! Don’t think the floors have ever really been cleaned, like ever. The toilet seat was clean but the toilet itself was filthy. Shower was mostly clean and the sheets were clean. I was tired so it had to do. Pretty bad though.

I liked the colors on the outside of the establishment and parking was good. I did not like the loose; toilet, when you sat on it, it moved. The faucets base moved, not secured tightly. The threshold at the closet entrance was dirty/rusty and the closet floor had spilled old paint on it. The unit 117 needs an upgrade.

The outside is filthy with a broken down car in the parking lot. The floor of the room was loose. The ac unit looks 50 years old with an absolutely disgusting amount of dirt in it. The buttons were all worn and broken, making it impossible to use. I had to guess what they did, and even after i figured them out, increasing the temperature didn't work. The towels are like sandpaper. The bed was comfortable, I suppose that's the only positive.

Mold, roaches, and dirty floors. There was hair and stains all over the bathroom tub, which didn’t drain at all. Couldn’t even sleep there!!! Place was disgusting and smelled horrible!

Worst hotel stay ever! Do not stay here. From the moment I arrived, everything was dirty. The room didn’t even have toilet paper, and when I called the front desk, they told me I had to come down to get it myself! The TV had built-in streaming, but it didn’t work, so entertainment was a no-go. The worst part, though, was finding a bug crawling on the muffin container at breakfast the next morning. Absolutely disgusting! I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs!

Honestly the condition of the room was less than desirable. The bed linens had rips in them, hairs in the bed, cigarette burns in the mattress you could feel thru the linens, the lamp on the desk somehow is rusted, the sink had air in the line and wouldn’t work unless turned down low, the toilet wouldn’t flush all the way and the overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was red stuff on the wall above the shower and black spots all over the ceiling that appeared to be mildew. I left a day early because of this.

The online images were very deceptive in comparison to what the hotel really looks like. We had cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. The tiles on the floor were coming up. The TV signal was bad. The property was not kept up at all. Noisy as, guests where in and out all throughout the night.
