Great

Looks fancy, but lots of bad designs. You can only polish a turd so much. Mini fridge is so loud they have an "off" button for it. Freeway outside the window is so loud they have a white noise machine in the room. Towels stored in the shower. Shower doors on backwards. Shower handles are awkward and unlabeled. My TV remove was broken. Desk chair doesnt have wheels on a hardwood floor. Also I was surprised no breakfast was offered when there is a cheaper Marriott down the street that does have breakfast included. You'd think if it cost more, you'd get more.

The tv in our room did not work could not hear anything.

Very modernized small room and appealing to look at. No microwave was a downside. I got the breakfast package and the Hispanic lady told me i wasn’t in the list so i had to make sure with my receptionist. The breakfast… oh man…. seems like leftovers from the previous days. i can make better. 3.5 out of 5 for my standards.

Friendly and courteous front desk and room was clean and new. Nice water and ice machine for convenience in the hallway and again really clean. Would stay again!

Overall, the AC Hotel is decent for what you pay. The condition of the hotel is good, and the free parking is definitely a plus. Breakfast is not very varied, but it’s clean and of good quality. However, the floors in the rooms didn’t seem very clean, which was a bit disappointing, especially since they’re not carpeted. Aside from that, it’s a reasonable stay for the price.

Modern and spacious room across from Stoneridge Mall. Has all upgraded technology in room.

This hotel was very good but geares more for local business travel than personal. Very few places to walk to for breakfast. Mall across the street is ok for lunch but it closes at 7pm so dinner could be a challenge. I asked if they had a map of the area and they only had a map of the local business buildings. We stayed on the highway side but it was fine, not too noisy. They do not refresh wash cloths, only larger towels. Shopping and other restaurants not too far away by car.

Pretty clean. Concerned about safety. Loud due to highway. Phone didn’t work and television guide / quality was inaccurate.

1 night stay it was nice staff was friendly fast service we will stay her again great location right next to freeway and mall and restaurant

Everything was great my only complaint would be the pillows they are so flat your head goes to the mattress when you lay down. Other than that great hotel highly recommended. Bring a pillow
