Really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. Lobby was very cute. Breakfast was delicious with various choices. Staff was friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, nice room, terrace, and the breakfast was especially good, enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well-it made our stay in Prescott very pleasant!

This hotel was wonderful from the moment we checked in. Comfy beds, fluffy towels, great continental breakfast, clean pool and hot tub and excellent service. This will become our new “must stay” place when we visit family in Prescott!!

This was a very nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and the room very clean. The breakfast was great. They even had a place to plug in my car. I would stay here again.

The property is beautiful but having an old carpet was not good for allergies even though I do not suffer allergies easily. Upgrading carpet or doing a deep cleaning on it would improve the experience a lot. The style of this location is gorgeous.

This boutique hotel is located in an area close to anything you may want. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved the lounge with lots of comfortable seating. The breakfast was over the top delicious and filling. The pool was heated, and there were plenty of lounge chairs. We were in no rush to leave and the staff recognized that and gave us a later check out. For our first trip to Arizona, we were so happy with our hotel choice❤️

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very cute with great views, and we loved all the flowers on the property. We enjoyed the heated pool and jetted tub in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. They made sure we were comfortable and had a good time.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and the facility is stunning. I was traveling alone for a wedding and the staff gave great recommendations for the area. Breakfast was delicious with an abundance of options and the room was clean and comfortable.

This is a beautiful stately property with unique European style architecture and lovely clean comfortable guest rooms. Amenities include the usual things,plus beautiful pool area, hot tub, fountain, as well as a delicious breakfast with potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, etc etc eaten in a high ceiling-ed chandelier-ed dining area/living room with grand piano and curved staircase, and accompanied by soft music. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The exterior has a few items that need a bit of upkeep, trimming shrubs and repairing awnings, and the room AC unit is extremely loud. The bed was comfortable, but could use a thicker mattress pad. Fortunately none of these kept us from sleeping in our standard king room. It probably helps to explain why this 5 star property was in the budget for us.

Front desk and overall customer service was excellent. Very welcoming upon arrival and very accommodating to our needs while we were there. Malia was just wonderful. Our main hiccup was that when entering our room it was clear that the floor wasn't thoroughly vacuumed, nor was the patio swept and the Arcadia door could have been wiped down with windex. We eventually noticed that the bedding was dirty with human and what looked to be animal hair but not certain. When we brought this to the front desk's attention they promptly changed our bedding and reassured us that they were there for us for any other needs. The continental breakfast and coffee bar was a great touch. We loved how beautiful the foliage around the grounds were, however we quickly noticed that the exterior stucco on the building was old and falling apart. With a little attention and TLC to the exterior, the building can become beautiful again. The lobby was stunning with beautiful indoor plants and lots of natural light with plenty of seating for visiting, playing games, or just simply having a glass of wine. Despite the few hiccups we will definitely return for another stay.

I arrived a few hours early and had driven from Los Angeles, so I was exhausted. Bob at the front desk suggested we go to a nearby park to wait for our room to be ready. Paula, the manager wouldn’t hear of it. She insisted my two sons and I rest in the reception area in front of the cozy fireplace and even offered us food and drink. She was so charming and welcoming. Chatted with us a bit and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Beds are very comfortable. We stayed at three different hotels twice, once on the way to Austin for a concert and once on the way back. I slept the best at this hotel.
