Comfortable and nice staff

This was our first time staying here and we will be back! Great service, overall clean and the breakfast was amazing each morning! The only thing was our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Property is walking distance to the Washington Metro and many restaurants. The place is neat and clean and parking off street is good. The location is good. the place looks like it was built in the 1980s and is beginning to look dated. The room was fine but the A/C was not the best and the sink in the very small bathroom was very slow. The price was right for the area and I would stay there again for sure.

The hotel was ok. Average in every way. The issue is that my wife left $300 worth of make up in a nice bag and she knows for a fact she left it there. They’re saying they don’t have it. In other words it was stolen. Nothing a hotel can do makes up for stealing from you. We’re cool people and I never leave bad reviews but theft with apathy thrown on top? One star. GFYS

Very convenient for a trip to D.C./National Mall! Shuttle to and from Ballston MU in the morning and evening is great. Good breakfast and coffee!! The beds could be softer but overall nice rooms. I’d stay there if I visit DC and encourage others to stay there too. Front desk was mostly pleasant.

They offer free parking which is a mess. It's very difficult to park the car on the first floor.

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient and sheltered. Location is safe and within walking distance to amenities and even a wetland. Shuttle service is provided to nearby metro. Love the breakfast especially the self-made waffle. Certain facility needs improvement: our main door does not close properly and bathroom shower tap needs effort to turn on. Overall we are satisfied with our stay and would recommend booking this hotel.

The place is comfortable and in an area easy to access the Interstate and the great restaurants in Arlington

The staff were amazing. Breakfast was good, what you would expect. You could tell it was an older hotel, but it was kept clean.

I've stayed at the Comfort Inn Ballston many times and have always had a very good experience. I find it to be an excellent value for the money.

It was surprisingly quiet at night considering it is located at a large intersection. I was able to easily find a parking spot each night.

Our rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Also, we loved being within walking distance to restaurants and the Metro. We would stay again.

Great find if you're visiting the DC area! Awesome and plentiful free breakfast, free parking and and a great room rate too. And it's only a 10 minute walk to the Metro! Bedroom was spotless and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!
