The room is clean and front desk is friendly. Just the breakfast better offer sone bread or bagels is better

We arrived a little early (about 30 minutes). Our room wasn't ready, which is fine (and expected) since we were a half hour early. We were told we could check-in at 3:00 and the room would be ready then. We returned to check-in about 10 past 3. We were told our room still wasn't ready, but they found a room that was available for us. I had noticed I had been charged twice for the room. Once by Hotels.com and once by the Days Inn. I brought this up with the Days Inn manager as I was charged by Days Inn the day before my check-in date. They advised it was impossible, as they didn't have my billing info. I showed them the charge on my credit card balance indicating it was a direct billing from Days Inn. They said I would have to deal with it through Hotels.com. Seemed odd given Hotels.com charges show as "Hotels.com," and not "Days Inn." The room was adequate. Typical motel, it was clean but the amenities lacked a coffee maker. Every place I stay lately at least has a single cup coffee brewer in the room. I was surprised this unit had a microwave, a small refrigerator, but no coffee maker. Anyway, overall it was an average stay. The biggest I issue I have is the double billing. More to follow if it is difficult to resolve. Week later, still trying to resolve the issue. ONE STAR, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Was in a good area. Felt safe and excepted dogs. Was very. Lean and comforta le bed

Convenient stay along the San Francisco to the redwoods corridor. Just two hours north of the airport, location gets you out of the city traffic for next days leisure drive through wine country and beyond. Convenient dining just two miles away in beautiful Navato.

one pot of coffee at breakfast and clerk wouldn't make more so wifey got zero cause there wasn't any in room. No fridge or micro in room. wouldn't come back ever... sorry - gotta call it like we see it...

Pool is only open from Oct -May but no where on the website said that. They also claim to have breakfast but they only have oatmeal and yogurt, coffee and tea. The only toilet paper we had was a roll that had gotten wet. Everyone was nice when someone was at the front desk. The room was clean and spacious.

Our room had cockroaches everywhere. They couldn’t give us a discount since we booked through a third party site. So that wasn’t great. The breakfast was just oatmeal and yogurt. Beds were very hard. Cleaning staff was nice. I wish it would have been a better experience.

It was clean and easy

Everything was good. We did not realize that the rooms did not come with fridge to store our beverages and keep cold and microwave to warm up food late at night or in the morning....is the down side of this hotel.

Noisy with rooms allowed to make significant noise in quiet hours. Downgraded due to issues at the hotel with limited care by staff for the changes in room from what was booked.

Clean room and nice beds

Nice big room. Very quiet stay over the xmas holiday. Wish there was more of a breakfast, but luckily the fridge and microwave allowed us to prep our own stuff. Dog loved the courtyard area

It was fine if you just want a clean bed to sleep in just off the freeway.

Very disappointed, the shower was lukewarm water, which really sucked not be staying here again?

I had the best stay ever there. I will definitely be going back there. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent service and excellent housekeeping!!

This room was very comfortable and clean. It didn’t have a coffee pot as promis d but overall I enjoyed my stay.
