Clean and friendly

clean, modern, very helpful and friendly staff, amenities great, breakfast great

Liked everything about our stay. Kids enjoyed hot breakfast every morning, basketball court, pool, etc. Everything was very convenient. Good driving distance to my family house and everyday stores.

This is our second time staying here, the front staff are the best, very happy and accommodating. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

I only review properties that are good- or really bad. This is an excellent property! It's super clean, and the people are very nice. Elevators and parking are very efficient. They have no bar, but offer some drinks in their little shop. They dont have a restaurant, but do have breakfast. Three large self service coffee vats in the lobby very early every morning- which is very convenient.

It was amazing we loved everything about it. Not one complaint. Enrollment was so friendly, rooms were comfy and quiet.

Nicely renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is the drawback for someone who likes to walk in the mornings. And, the infestation of kids playing in tournaments nearby. They were a lot of them and running around as kids would do. More a reflection of parents than the hotel. And, it is located where its located. It's in an a more industrial/commercial location.

Very happy to have stayed at this property. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and updated. The stairwell and hallways needed a vacuuming, but as far a the room went-- it was pristine. Breakfast was great-- not just toast and jam-- lots of options. They even had non-dairy milk for coffee! Will definitely stay here again.

Our flight arrived @ ROC at 10am, so we had some time to kill before check-in. After we shopped and ate we decided to call the hotel and see if POSSIBLY we could check in early. They were VERY accommodating and welcomed us immediately! What a relief! The suite was perfect! Location is close to the highway and 11 mins to airport. We will DEFINITELY stay here when we visit family in Rochester! Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The hotel and out room was very clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious. Nice property, my only complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets and pillows were stiff.
