Not sure how this hotel has a 5.0…Definitely NOT the Marriott quality I am used to. The parking garage ticket gate is long overdue for an upgrade. Coming out of the garage was an adventure as there are no signs to direct you to the exit-going straight leads you to a sketchy back side of a building .
The elevators were DIRTY-fingerprints and smudges everywhere.
Room was outdated and could stand some modernization. Turned on bathroom sink and brown water came out, dirt ring in the tub, and hair on the shower walls. The room was close to the elevators so we could hear it loud and clear.
I will say the front desk did attempt to look for a “better” room but no availability. She offered comp breakfast (6am-11am) which would have been nice had we been kept up by the elevator “music” all night.
I would not stay here again.
