Walking distance to a few restaurants

I really enjoyed that there are a lot of places to eat nearby. The hotel room was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend it and will be staying again if I return to Bismarck in the future.

We got adjoining rooms but didn’t know until we arrived that they were on the second floor and next to the pool. We didn’t mind except the pool area needs to be regulated as parents never were around to watch their kids. We had kids pounding on the water slides (I guess they thought they were drums) until 11:40 pm. Hotel staff didn’t shut them down until they had several complaints. Might be better if kids time ended at 10:00 so adults could enjoy the pool/hottub also. No breakfast onsite but pizza/ burger places nearby.Ice machine didn’t work but the hotel was super full also.

It’s a good place to stay Great Beds for sleeping in!

Check in was super easy & the front desk worker was great. The room could use a little updating but the beds are comfy.

My kids loved the pool area and the property was clean and updated. My only complaint was that it did not offer breakfast because the restaurant was not open. We went to Perkins so it wasn’t a big deal. I would recommend this hotel.

Very different type of building, price is not too bad, but property conditions is not in good condition at all.

Fridge didn’t work, the minute we walked into our room it smelled like gas leak. The pool area should be more accommodating for those swimmers that can’t reach well so they can enjoy the slides and not have to stay in the baby area.

Make sure if you stay here that you clarify if your room is poolside or not. We didn't know there were rooms surrounding the pool area. It was very loud until midnight when the pool closed. This hotel also advertises that they have a 24 hour hotel shuttle. They do not - it only runs from 8 am until 8 pm. We specifically stayed there so my husband could catch a shuttle for his 6 am flight. When we asked the desk staff about it, he just said "oh yeah the internet is outdated." 🙄 I imagine this hotel was once a very beautiful place to stay. However, that was probably decades ago - now it's kinda rundown and sad. Our room was clean (thanks housekeeping staff!) and the check in staff were very friendly, but the rooms are showing their age. I'm pretty sure the bathroom ceiling and shower wall were totally moldy at one point and just got painted over. 😬 Perks are free onsite parking and you're within walking distance of several restaurants and the mall. And if the airport shuttle isn't running, you can get there in just a few minutes with Uber or Lyft.

The website for this hotel said that the shuttle ran to the airport 24 hours a day. It does not. I had to grab an uber. This hotel is well past its prime. The walls are paper thin. Heard the lady cussing up a storm next door which I don’t mind it but, it was loud. Cable box did not work, found it was u plugged so I plugged it back in. Worked for 5 minutes and then stopped working again. I just said screw it and went to bed. Not staying here again. I will say the lady working the evening was very considerate and nice. Even offered to send someone up to fix the TV but, I was not in the mood to deal with it anymore.

Over all ok stay just very loud through out the night and room door would barely close without lifting the door up. Also key kept not working and we had to go get our keys fixed a few times. Would prob stay again just hopefully gets a few updates!

Was a good cpl nights of stay, I liked the staff

The location and pool was the main reason we choose this hotel. But the hotel was really run down and can tell its been used hard for many years. Even updates that had been down were just putting makeup on and not taking care of actual things needing updated. Our heat/ac didnt work and wad 78* in our room unless we had the door to the hallway wide open then we could get it down some. But with wrestling kids, hockey kids and a bike show at the hotel the noise was crazy. The workout room only 1 piece of equipment would work for us. Having to go to the front desk to get pool towels and not having them available in the pool area was very inconvenient. Next year i wont be going for convince for location to our venue and will be booking elsewhere for better quality.

We stay here every time we are in Bismarck. New owner is awesome and he knows how to train his staff as they are awesome too. Hes very much hands on.

Was a good stay

Our family enjoyed the pool and it was easy to find from our hotel room. We enjoyed that it was walking distance from the mall and local restaurants. The staff was friendly. When we got to our room we noticed a strange smell and there was dried ketchup stuck to the panel under the sink. We enjoyed the balcony view of the pool but when it was time to go to bed, the walls were so thin it was hard to fall asleep right away.

The photos portrayed on the website were FAR DIFFERENT from the actual room. Chest laminate flooring. The sound of running water all nights. Horrible sheets and comforter. Everything about the hotel was very dated and an overall rip off. Will likely never stay there again

The phone was not connected, the hair dryer didn’t work, the door frame catch for the lock stuck, had to shove it open. Sorry I forgot to tell the clerk. They knew about the phone. Some old, old repainted, caulked stuff took on a decrepit, grunge look. I remember the place as a Cadillac facility back in the day. Times change. Ps. Great floors over carpet. ❤️
