Beautiful hotel. Huge indoor swimming pool. Staf was professional and polite. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Will stay here again.

Shenna at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Dinner at Big Al’s was delicious and very well priced. The hotel is beautiful and the transportation to the airport couldn’t be more convenient. Highly recommend!

Had a travel mixup and had to spend the night , This was a great property , close to the airport , friendly staff and excellent food options .

The Crown Plaza Expo Airport was in a convenient location. The staff was kind and helpful. The airport is very close and you can hear planes taking off and landing. The hotel itself did not have a breakfast option unless you wanted to pay in their restaurant. It was clean and beds were comfortable. We wanted to change our reservation to leave a day early due to poor weather but Expedia would not help us and even lied to us about having to pay a cancelation fee. The hotel said they would have happily changed our dates but coild notnhelp because we paid thru Expedia. We will be canceling our future Expedia reservations and will pay directly to the hotel in the future.

Enjoyed my stay

For one of the busiest times of the year i was very disappointed to find only 1 elevator working, pool under construction, my room smelled like burnt gear oil. I've stayed here many times and rhis experience was not a very good one.
