Checkin was a nightmare. The young girl was very rude. We booked two rooms through Expedia and she kept saying loudly that the card was declined (which was apparently Expedia's virtual card and not ours). If we wanted to get into our room, she made us pay a second time until we straightened it out. She wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation and told us we had to deal with it ourselves. After over an hour of dealing back and forth with her and Expedia, it turned out that she was running the virtual card for the wrong amount multiple times. Never ever apologized and in fact we heard her complaining about us to coworkers. We also lost power in one the rooms for several hours.The rest of the staff was alright. The breakfast staff was great, very friendly and attentive.
