Undergoing renovations....we had nice new carpet. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking but I slept ok. Room was clean. Breakfast was great!!!

Hotel is under construction they started awful early. Might stay again, but even when they’re finished.

Stay was good i feel the breakfast could have been better but overall good place to stay.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is an older building so it is a bit run down but nice overall. The breakfast is not great, but the bed was very comfy. Water pressure in the shower is lacking but everything was clean. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The whole experience with expedia was horrible, 30 degrees out stuck in parking lot cause the booking that i paid and made took over a hour to check me in .. had no where to go was 10 hours away was stuck in the parking lot. Would never to this again being out of town check in did not go smooth at all

I stayed there for four days during Christmas. I was greeted with a smile and kind words each time I was in and out of the hotel by Sabrina and June. Breakfast was wonderful as each morning Debbie or Sheila greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything to my liking. The pool was clean and my granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed swimming. Although I didn’t partake an extra cleaning during my stay when I needed extra paper products, Emily happily provided them.

Clean spacious rooms with friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Quiet rooms great breakfast, everything works well

The front desk staff was not trained very well. Had an attitude. Mr had a large divot under the carpet right as you walk into the room. Probably not a big deal for most , but when you are handicapped and have balance issues it can lead to a very serious fall.

It was a stop over on the way home from Canada. Great location to food and shopping. Guest services were super friendly and the fall decorations were so cute!!

It was clean, which is most important aspect. The road accessing the property is severely dilapidated. Large potholes.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was clean and ready for us. The people we talked to at the desk as we were checking in and out were very polite and efficient. Breakfast was delicious!! Great variety!!
