This hotel was so dirty we did not stay but left once we saw the room. It smelled moldy. Awful place

This property wasn’t horrible, it did have an extreme smoke smell throughout. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast offered on site but actually only includes a muffin and juice. No breakfast on weekends per some staff. Staff were nice and accommodating but place was limited.

This place was an absolute nightmare the room smelled moldy, the bathtub felt like it was going to fall out from under me. It had a terrible sound whenever you shifted your weight so even standing still it would creak. Then the second day the toilet got clogged and completely flooded the bathroom floor. I would never stay at another Days Inn again. 0/10 experience

We had to switch rooms due to cleanliness

The bathroom was dirty. There were prostitutes propositioning people. There were fights by the rooms in the early morning hours.

Would not go back.

I did not like the $ 100.00 deposit you had to put on the room and my clean towels had stains on them everything else was good though

Passing through and just needed a place to stay for the night.

Renovation needed

Blood on the floor and on the pillows. Advertised as free breakfast. No breakfast at all. Rooms in hotel condition. Didn’t even stay the 2nd night. Too gross

Property in very shabby condition. EXIT sign dangling from cord. Concreat cracked on walkways, one elevate, outside, looked like an attempt was made to remove something from doors and interior. Most areas should be repainted. Room smaller than pictured.While taking shower tub filled with water. NO WIFI/TV, maintenance person was unavailable. Breakfast of coffee and juice. However, the little creamer curdled in the coffee. Night Mgr,Niki tried to help. However, day Mgr Nick, very curt and rude, and Asst. Nancy refused help, and said we were not entitled to a small refund, because we should have moved to another room. It was late and we were already in PJ. We did not turn on Tv when we checked in. Hurrying to event at Hagley Soda House. Tried TV and Wifi upon return. Did not work. However, Niki did note in the hotel log book the TV Wifi problem. Nick Finally, said if I come back he'll give me a small discount. I can not recommend this location.

Not Clean at all they offer breakfast and just gave some snacks and coffee

It is located in a good location. This hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

Had to change rooms at checkin because the first one reeked of smoke. Old carpeting, old bedspread but clean. Desk staff was friendly and helpful

Key did not work first time. Had to go back to front desk to redo. Otherwise actually ok and clean.

Willing to accommodate any need and courteous.
