Our room was right by the breakfast and bathrooms and you could hear everything even a chair skidding on the floor. We had no heat:ac as the temperature control was broken

This hotel was amazing! The staff was the friendlies hotel staff I've ever interacted with which really made the experience. The breakfast was awesome, the rooms were spacious, and the location is perfect!

The vanity is in the living room so you had no privacy. The toilet didn’t flush well. They started construction by using power tools at 6:30 am

The room was not cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the pillows smelled like a dirty old man who hadn't showered in a few days.

Only thing i didnt like was the fact that there was no sink or mirror in the bathroom but they were out in living area where there was no privacy if you were sharing the room

The room looked exactly as advertised and the blonde lady at the front desk staff was SO helpful!! She was friendly and welcoming! We will definitely stay there again!!!

Easy to book, check in and check out. The room was comfortable. I couldn’t hear a lot of noise from the hall or other rooms. Breakfast was nice. It’s not often, as a vegetarian, I get a hot breakfast in a hotel.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is super for hopping on or off I-87. Thank you Kay at the front desk for a warm welcome, and for the guy on the floor who didn't speak to the customer (me) but immediately took action by speaking to someone in the office. The people who were alerted also promptly showed up front desk because they saw a customer at the unmanned front desk. The ladies at the dining place were cheerful and helpful. Kudos, guys. You define teamwork in a broad setting.

Nice overnight stay on the way to Canada. Very clean , good breakfast, attentive staff. Definitely will stay again.

This property was great with our group. They gave us options for where to hang out after quiet hours and helped our kids have a great weekend!
