Friendly staff, clean rooms

Came in for a wedding. Room was clean, but hotel property was not well maintained. Why only 2 towels in a room designed for 4 people?

Very nice place to stay.

The bathroom grout needs to be cleaned. One dining option of many advetised was a snack stand. Staff was very friendly

Vernon Down hotel is one of the best in the area. Staff is friendly and hotwl and well kept.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I requested and was able to check in early to be able to get ready for a nearby wedding.The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. The hotel is a little aged with colors although it was clean. I had a good breakfast in the restaurant at a reasonable price.

Stopped on our way cross country. Rooms were nice and comfy. Stopped on a Monday night when all restaurants were closed, which was disappointing. Just a small fast food place. Nice casino!

Would have appreciated a better breakfast. There was only bagels, donuts. Bread. No protein, no waffle maker, no cereal. Not what you expect from a hotel

The hotel was really tired and expensive! Ripped sheet, yucky old blankets, super dark room with very little lights, burned out lights, faucets leaked and would not turn off, no water bottles and broken phone. Breakfast was packaged pastries and coffee

Didn’t get a chance to use jacuzzi there was kids playing around air conditioner was blowing out heat and microwave didn’t work

Very rude check in lady Room was dirty. Asked for a handicap room. Tried to send a message to them with request. Ignored no soap to wash hands .

Close to area we were visiting. Pretty good restaurants in the area. Internet access works well.

The air conditioner was a little loud but it worked good. Great internet service. Comfortable beds very clean. Pool was wonderful.
