It's a nice place.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The electricity in half of the room did not work, but they quickly resolved the problem.

We were staying to visit our son at UT. It was close enough to the college to be convenient, but nice to get off campus. Right next to baseball, hockey, downtown concerts, restaurants, the river. Fantastic.

Great location

This is my second time here and it never disappoints! Beautiful hotel directly next to the glass city center! Parking is not available at the hotel but the rates to park in the nearby garages are pretty reasonable ($15-$17 per 24 hours). The only hotel I will stay at in Downtown Toledo!

Excellent hotel. The employees were friendly and professional. The restaurant had very good food and excellent staff.

Kids were running up and down the halls after 9pm screaming and carrying on. They finally settled down around 11,

Self parking fills up quickly which forces you to use the Valet service

Adjacent to Glass City Restaurant could be better

It nice and clean but the walls are too thin! We were not able to sleep for 2 days due to our loud neighbors!
