Amazing pool area!

Property needs a facelift, vending machines, wifi that works

Room was dirty and bed not made up.

This motel looks ran down, and drug infested. You will not feel safe. Do not stay here. People are standing all out on the balcony looking suspicious with their room doors wide open. Property is not clean.

READ THE REVIEWS. The people working the front when you check in are amazing. From the outside looks a little run down but had high hopes because of the room pictures online. The room smelled amazing when you walk in. The room looked so run down. Big hole in the wall, broken grounding piece in outlet, freezer overrun with ice, towel rack falling off wall literally, sinks and showers took forever to drain, the tub had all kinds of cracks in it, the bed was so so so so hard, the pillows were so tiny, there were 3 on the bed and those 3 together still could not have formed one normal size. The chairs in the room were so stained, I used the camping chairs in my car. I did notify the front about the water not draining and the towel rack but they never came. We were only there one night. The pool was beautiful. We had someone banging hard on our door the next morning saying they needed towels and my husband was like how is that our problem and the guy said well u work here dont you so yeah that was confusing. I just wish they would post the real pictures of the rooms online, holes, stains, water clogs, mattress hardness, pillow size, and all. I have tried to add photos but it won't let me for some reason, you click the button to add and nothing happens. Just read the reviews.

It was so noisy at round the pool.. all afternoon, out room was right off the pool

If you can have a sing that says something about a deposit because it threw my whole budget when I was told about there being a deposit

Couldn't keep the Internet working the whole time I was there all you smelled from the room next to me was weed coming through to my room which upset my daughter I stayed a week there with the Internet not wanting to work and even though these problems where there I had to pay 30 for a late check in order to not have to sit at airport and wait for my flight

The reviews showed that customers liked it…it was filthy all around the motel, Alicia who checked us in was amazing though:) I did not feel super safe, lots of people smoking weed outside their rooms and near my children. It was not nearly as clean inside as the pictures portrayed…i definitely would not recommend this to anyone

Professional preparation of the rooms

They kept our security deposit because of hair color on the pillow cases. The manager was rude and disrespectful. He went and checked our room and determined that the hair color was damage and refused to return our security deposit. Stating because I booked through Expedia that it’s ok for him to do so.

Clean room but bed bugs

Things that were wrong: - smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room - cigarette burns and other stains on the blankets - black mold in the shower - bathroom door handle so loose it’s about to fall off - front door easily moveable, even when locked - people hanging out in front of the room or on walkways drinking and smoking weed. - dirty bathroom floor - lack of towels, and rudeness from cleaning staff when asked for more. - a non-working hair dryer - no iron, just a space for one - poorly patched holes in walls
