The hotel is old, which we knew, we usually always stay there but some rooms have no AC so make sure you ask for the ones that work! Lots of bugs, in the sink, bed, room. Unorganized, messy. But staff is helpful and feels bad for the rundown hotel.

El hotel por fuera está muy bonito solo q los cuartos si están deteriorados no limpian bien los cuartos ay como mojo en el baño y lavado at polvo el sofá está rompido y sucio la cama ya es buy vieja lo q nesesita es renovación total unos días no dejaron rullas de mano ni para el piso y pedí y q ya no tenían eh igual para la alberca y ay unos trabajadores q no son tan hamables le falta mucho trabajo a este hotel y luego se metían los animales al cuarto y no lo barrían las q limpian los cuartos la verdad no creo de volver a este hotel

Para enpesar, el cuarto estaba un poco sucio. Y no abia ninguna tualla para vañarse, tubierin que traernos ruallas de la alberca. Pero personalmente siempre me a gustado llegar a este hitel, tengo mas de 30 años llegando a este hotel y apesar de las incomveniensas voy a seguir llegando a este hotel. Mel Bautista

Great hotel. Felt like stepping back into the 1970s. No AC—I was lucky it was cool or I might have had to get a different hotel. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent.

It would have been better i booked a room with a king size bed with a city view and they gave me just that with an out of service jacuzzi. I tried to ask if i could be moved into another king size city view room with a jacuzzi that actually worked since I was staying there multiple nights but they tried to charge me an unreasonable rate and I declined. Everything else was good.

Me encantó la propiedad algo diferente pero muy bonita estilo medieval un poco antigua pero bonita parece +1 Resort que un hotel las habitaciones bastante amplias demasiado grandes diría muy cómodas y muchas amenidades que algunos otros hoteles no tienen como por ejemplo tenian de diferentes tés y Cafe botellas de agua tosllita para limpiar los zapatos y por si necesitas coser algo te dejan un kit de hilos y aguja jabón ,shampoo,crema para el cuerpo y acondicionador toallas suficientes la habitación que a mí me dieron tenía una cama King size con su ropero y su televisión aparte tenía 1 arra de trabajo y un sillón como una sala de descanso y el baño muy amplio el tocador estaba independiente de la regadera y la taza del baño y las áreas verdes hermosas la alberca muy grande y muy bonita el hotel es gigantesco al principio me confundí porque no creí que fuera ahí el hotel hay que entrar por una privada donde también hay condominios y hasta la parte de arriba en la montaña está el hotel con una vista preciosa a la ciudad y el precio fue lo que más me sorprendió súper económico para todo lo que ofrecía definitivamente me volvería a quedar ahí

They got it updated TV they told all dated is it going to do better with the restaurant the restaurant it will not good at all the staff over real nice a real polite.

Confusing to find room but they help so it's actually good.And the whole place is Amaizing I will recommended 100per cent

Loved the location and room was really comfortable. The pool was not the best kept so we didn’t use it.

Stayed there one night for an early flight, it was hot and the AC didn't work, found a dirty Q tip on top of the fire place, found silverware in the bathroom as well as a dirty coffee mug, it had carpet but it hasn't been vacuumed in a while, found finger nails on the carpet, the pool was dirty and slimy, this would be my first and only time staying at this hotel

Fue un buen hotel. Ahora se nota que no le dan mantenimiento. La alberca sucia y parece que así dura bastante.
