Calme accueil personnel très sympathique

TRES BIEN

Séjour de 4 jours et 3 nuits qui fut excellent pour mon week-end de Noël! ! Le service et l'accueil était chaleireux, souriant et conviviale. Les chambres cosy et propres, le confort excellent. La salle de gym et petite mais elle est efficace pour les sportifs et le petits ainsi que le restaurant sont délicieux et varié.

L’accueil a été excellent et le personnel de nuit très disponible. La chambre confort porte bien son nom, le lit de 200x200 était très douillet.

Property is next to a main intersection so there is a lot of traffic. Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean, but a little spartan. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

De passage pour 1 nuit, hotel tres bien situé bord autoroute, belle piscine , nous y avons pris le diner le soir c était tres bon . Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux et bon. Je recommande cet hôtel

I had reserved 2 rooms, we checked in, I took the 2 cards, and gave one to my daughters. My daughters went to the room and found it was occupied with clothes on the floor! My little daughter came back scared to see that they had given us a room with people already inside. She was scared to think that someone could have entered her room while they were inside. Afterwards, we asked for a new room, they gave us a new card, with few apologies. The surprise now was that the new room was over 30ºC and its air conditioning did not work. It was a 34ºC day in Avignon. The receptionist told me that she did not have any more rooms but she did have a portable device to solve it... and, she just gave me a small fan! Also, the room had used towels with lipstick on them...disgusting. The next day, I asked to speak to the hotel manager, but he didn't show up. All they offered me was to give me €25 back, I said no. I really feel helpless. I don't go on vacation with the family to sleep in a hellish room and be treated this way. I had to come here because Avignon was full due to the theater festival but, I will never choose this hotel chain again. That's clear.

Hotel excellent. Only issue is that it is 4km from tourist area and public transport is some way away. Otherwise really good value

Provide shower rubber mat, tub gets very slippery

The hotel is excellent. The only thing I will note, it will be better if they provide a rubber mat in the shower. The bath tub can become very slippery.

Séjour sans aucun problème, avec des installations conformes à ce qui était annoncé.

The facilities are great and the staff very kind. The only issue was that the room was very hot and the A/C was not working.

Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities to entertain the kids. Great breakfast and good restaurant.
