Nice place! the ocean view is amazing plenty of parking and front desk persons was nice.

The hotel is a little dated, but very clean. Great view from the balcony. Very convenient location for food and shopping.

Great location! Staff were super friendly and helpful. House keeping rocked keeping our room cleaned and towels stocked. Perfect location to see the fireworks as well.

The room was clean, everything worked, we had a great view of the ocean, and people watching from the balcony kept us occupied for hours. You can walk directly onto the beach from the hotel. All of the staff were really nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and *included* with in/out privileges. Breakfast was standard (also included, so absolutely no complaints), and the staff stocking and cleaning up during breakfast were all really pleasant and accommodating. The 2 king bed room setup is a rare and awesome setup for a standard hotel. Only drawback is only 1 king bed has an ocean view. Room could use some minor updating, but being clean and in working condition with pleasant staff always works for me! Housekeeping always honored the “do not disturb” sign and was kind enough to leave us replacement towels and extra toiletries outside of our room without us having to ask, just in case we needed them. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff was wonderful, rooms were clean, breakfast was done well with lots of options and attentive staff.

Really enjoyed my stay here, right on the beach. Room was clean and the layout was great. Breakfast was good everyday and hot breakfast was different everyday. The only thing I can say bad was it said pool was heated and it was cold. Definitely would stay again.

Very nice. People were extremely friendly, especially at breakfast.

Staff was helpful and friendly. A clogged sink was fixed quickly upon arrival. Comfort is ok. Bed was good. Bathroom and TV room needs updating. Couch and chairs were uncomfortable and fluorescent lighting jarring.

Staff was amazing and breakfast was great. The hotel and its facilities were clean. The rooms are a little outdated but the balcony view was amazing. The location was perfect as it was near by many restaurants and shops. Kid friendly and I would stay again.

We liked that the property was right on the beach and there were many shopping and food options. The rooms need updating as they appear a bit rundown. The bed was not the most comfortable and sloped downward at the headboard. The staff were very friendly but this place needs some upgrades for sure.

I loved being on the boardwalk. So convenient going to the beach and walking to restaurants. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast had many options to choose from, and the staff was wonderful about cleaning tables as soon as guests finished so others could sit. We look forward to going back.

1. Code face man at the front counter seems an unhappy employee. 2. Air condition stopped functioning completely in the middle of a hot night. No repair nor apology. 3. They skipped room service even after we asked them to do it.

Property is is located right in the middle of Atlantic Ave...30 second walk to the beach, wonderful views, nice breakfast in the morning. Kitchen staff is very polite and helpful. This was our second year staying here and will certainly not the last.
